Many of our posts end up being from Smoke’s, just because it is such a well-known and specialised restaurant.  But, yes, in case you haven’t checked it out before: Smoke’s Poutinerie, everyone!  They’re opening up restaurants across the country, and the goal of spreading the joy of poutine outside of Québec is a very noble one, indeed.  They have lots of varieties of poutine, so be sure to check out their menu and find one that’s right for you!  They also have a vegetarian gravy option.
