lipstikoverdose asked: Kaboom box is a food truck in Vancouver that does awesome vegetarian friendly poutine! They make an amazing mushroom gravy on top of hot, crispy fries and fat chucks of cheese curd, finished off with a sprinkle of fresh green onion. SO GOOD.

Today is all about vegetarian poutine!
You might be surprised to know that many poutine sauces contain no animal parts! This includes the signature dry sauce mix by St Hubert. Just make sure to check with some poutine places to make sure you aren’t denying yourself deliciousness needlessly.
I have even heard of vegan poutine, in some rare instances! Any followers have stories about vegan poutine, by chance? Submit them!
